Agreement and Disagreement adalah suatu ungkapan dalam Bahasa Inggris yang digunakan untuk menyatakan Setuju (Agree) atau Tidak Setuju (Disagree) tentang suatu hal, dan bagaimana cara kita menanggapi suatu pernyataan dari seseorang. Dalam Bahasa Inggris ada beberapa cara atau ungkapan yang bisa gunakan untuk menyatakan setuju atau tidak setuju.
Agar kamu bisa lebih memahami apa saja ekspresinya, mari kita baca percakapan antara Lina, Udin, Beni, Siti, Edo dan Dayu berikut ini. Mereka berdiskusi tentang kondisi Lina. Akan tetapi, terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan pendapat di antara mereka. Yuk, kita simak!

| Edo | I don’t agree with you Siti. You must not take too much medicine. You just need a good rest, much fresh water and fruit. Eat only healthy food. |
| Dayu | I think the best way to do is go home, Lina. Your mom and dad know better what you should do. |
Pada percakapan di atas Beni mengatakan I don’t think that’s a good idea dan Edo mengucapkan kalimat I don’t agree with you Siti. Apa yang baru saja mereka katakan adalah sebuah ekspresi yang menyatakan ketidaksetujuan. Ekspresi tadi digunakan saat kamu memberitahukan seseorang bahwa kamu tidak setuju dengan ide, pendapat, saran yang diungkapkan. I agree with Udin. Itu lah contoh dari ekspresi yang menyatakan kesetujuan. Ekspresi ini digunakan untuk mengatakan bahwa kamu sangat setuju dengan seseorang. Selain kalimat – kalimat di atas, beberapa ungkapan yang bisa digunakan diantaranya adalah seperti tabel berikut:

4. People should not bring their pets to supermarkets.
5. People who throw a chewed bubble gum on a sidewalk should be sent to jail.
Now, we are going to discuss the topic below. You will be divided into 2 groups. One group is as the positive group and the other group is as the negative group. The topics are:
1. The students will be given punishment when they don't wear school uniforms.
2. The young generation give less participation at the environtent nowdays.
3. Parents should not allow the kids playing the cellular phone.
4. Smoking at the publich places should be banned.
5. Violence shouldn't be shown on TV.
